Computer Teacher with Global Tech Academy from March 2012 - Present Responsibilities handled are summarized as below: *Providing information regarding the basics of computer i.e. Word, PowerPoint and uses of the Internet * Introducing the students with the various computer applications i.e. designing * Giving the information about software programming, web designing, and programming * Teaching the students how to use computers for different purposes i.e. education, project work * Assigning projects to the students so they can handle the applications in real world context * Familiarizing students with a wide variety of technical programs




Telecommunications / Help Desk Analyst I with Mayor’s office /City of Atlanta: Department of Information Technology – Contractor From 2009 till present date Responsibilities handled are summarized as below: * Resolved technical issues and answered questions by telephone or email from internal and or outside customers with computer hardware, network, telecommunications systems and software problems. * Performed diagnostics and troubleshooting of system issues, documented help desk tickets/resolutions, maintained equipment inventory list and configuration audits on every truncation. *Maintained, analyzed and identified original configurations for clients for design, software, and related documentation. * Tracked and updated senior level management of all technical issues and changed customer status in tracking data base: reporting changes and current configuration to management daily via status updates in Remedy. * Alerted management of recurring problems and patterns of problems within the system. * Trained the new recruited users so they should be able to do work as fast as possible with devices.
